Uncle Berwyn’s Birch Syrup, Photo by Suzanne Crocker
Hey Northerners, Suzanne needs to replace sugar.
She will be using lots of
Uncle Berwyn’s Birch Syrup and possibly honey (if the bees survive the winter)—but she would love to find a more crystal like sugar option also. Birch syrup doesn’t crystallize like maple syrup does.
Any sweet tips on where to order sugar beet seeds from? Tips for making it into sugar?

Awesome – thanks for this non GMO sugar beet source.
