A family with three young kids, ages 10, 8 and 4, leaves the comforts of home to live for 9 months over the winter in the Yukon wilderness with no road access, no electricity, no internet, no running water and not a single watch or clock. See what happens when a family tries to live by the seasons, instead of by the clock.

Add three skeptical teenagers, one reluctant husband, no salt, no caffeine. Ultimately the story becomes a celebration of community and the surprising bounty of food that even a tiny community in the far North can provide.
