IngredientsOne moose or pork roast Birch syrup – approximately 1 cup 2 cups Saskatoon berries Two whole bulbs of garlic
- Pre-heat oven to 325 F
- Place a roast in a roasting pan with a lid
- Pour birch syrup over roast
- Sprinkle Saskatoon berries over and around roast
- Separate garlic into bulbs or cut into large chunks and sprinkle on and around roast
- Place lid on roasting pan.
- Roast in oven, with cover on, for 2- 3 hours, depending on how well done you like your roast.
