Fish Skin Crackers

  1. Remove skin from cooked (fried) fish filets.  (If not fried, coat with ghee or oil).
  2. If required, slice into large cracker size pieces.
  3. Place on cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350 F for 7-8 minutes until crisp.
  5. Let cool and enjoy!
