- Remove skin from cooked (fried) fish filets. (If not fried, coat with ghee or oil).
- If required, slice into large cracker size pieces.
- Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 F for 7-8 minutes until crisp.
- Let cool and enjoy!
