Cranberry Slushie

A glass of snow or crushed ice
A generous dollop of birch syrup (approximately 2 tbsp)
High bush cranberry juice to taste (approximately ¼  to ½ cup)

  1. Fill a glass full of clean snow.  The crystallized spring snow found under the crusty surface is the best!
  2. Add birch syrup and then cranberry juice.
  3. Stir and enjoy.
Eat with a spoon!
